The ITM8 is a power transistor module designed to drive up to 8 passive ignition coils (those without internal electronics) from logic level ECU outputs.

The output stages are rated for 15A peak current (drag applications), 8A continuous operation.

Control inputs are optically isolated from power stages in order to enable reliable operation at high ignition currents and minimise noise coupling between ignition system and electronic control and instrumentation systems. Inputs are also current limited and can be paralleled in waste spark and twin plug COP applications.

All surface mount construction of power stage makes it a low cost solution.

Package includes connector and crimp terminals.
